The business works. It just depends on you more than it should.

I'm Kieran Browning. I help founders build businesses that are stronger than their personal capacity.

What I do

The business is growing. It just isn't getting any lighter to run.

You're still the one chasing updates, answering questions, checking the work, and catching whatever falls. I help founders spend less time putting out fires and solving problems that should no longer belong to them.

I don't sell systems, SOPs, software, or implementation. We find the real problem, remove it, and skip the corporate bureaucracy. The goal is not maximum structure. The goal is minimum viable structure. Enough to make the business stronger and lighter, not enough to slow it down.

Who it's for

Ambitious founders who want to keep building.

The team is growing, clients are happy, revenue is fine. And the week is still wall to wall. It usually sounds like this:

If that sounds exactly like your business, keep reading. If it doesn't, this probably isn't for you, and that's a perfectly good outcome too.

The problem

The founder is usually not the problem. The bottleneck is.

In the early days you solved every problem yourself, because there was no one else. It worked. The business grew. Then somewhere along the way, solving everything stopped being the thing that grew the business and became the thing holding it together. More decisions route back to you. More problems wait for you. Without ever deciding to, you picked up a second set of job titles:

None of these were the job you signed up for. The business works. It just depends on you more than it should.

Working together

Every engagement starts with a diagnosis, not a pitch.

  1. 1

    Structural Diagnosis

One conversation. We work out what you're trying to build, what's actually in the way, how much of it runs through you, and whether I'm the right person to help. Some engagements end here. That's a good outcome too.

  2. 2

    Structural Plan

The simplest realistic plan for the next ninety days.

  3. 3

    90-Day Founder Reset

Ninety days of weekly calls focused on removing the one problem we agreed matters most.

  4. 4

    Strategic Advisory

A long-term partnership that keeps finding the next thing that matters most as the business grows.

How I think about business

Growth should create more options, not more pressure.

I don't believe founders should turn into corporate operators, buried in meetings, dashboards, and reporting lines.

I don't believe more structure is always better. Plenty of businesses are slower because of their processes, not despite them.

I don't believe every problem deserves equal attention. Most businesses have one or two problems that matter far more than the rest, and finding them is most of the work.

The goal is enough structure to make the business stronger and lighter, without slowing it down. Not to make you less valuable, but to make the business less dependent on you.

About

Intentionally small.

Founder Bottlenecks is me, Kieran Browning, working directly with founders. I don't implement. I don't project manage. I don't become another person the business depends on.

My role is to diagnose, simplify, challenge, clarify, and keep your attention on what matters most.

The next step

Book a Structural Diagnosis.

One conversation. We'll work out what's actually in the way and whether I can help. If I can't, I'll say so, and where possible point you toward someone who can.
